How to buy and track student licenses
Neither teachers nor the students require to buy any MentoMind license to get started. Teachers set up a new instance of MentoMind the first time they create an account. They can create free student accounts or invite students to create their own free accounts. Teachers can assign diagnostic tests, practice sets and fun challenges to students. Once the students need access to full content then both the teacher and the students need a license.
Step 1
When creating a free account, leave the license unassigned. Students will be able to access the free content, it displays as unlocked.
Step 2
Once the student requires full access, you go to the licensing tab on the admin dashboard, click on ‘Buy licenses’, choose the type of license and quantity and proceed to the next screen for payment.
Step 3
Once the purchase is complete, the licenses get added to your account. You can now go edit individual student accounts and assign them a paid license.
Step 4
Teachers can also upgrade to a full access paid account via the ‘Upgrade’ button on the left.
